Pre Order Delivery Lead Times
Due to the current Global Pandemic, we are experiencing longer lead times than normal with orders. We are currently looking at a lead time of between 12 - 16 weeks on all pre-orders. If your pre-order takes longer to arrive than our estimated lead time by 4 weeks, we will refund you £50.

We will assemble, install or place your furniture or artwork wherever you wish in your home (subject to our safety regulations and working environment). We can also remove old furniture if arranged with us before-hand.

Dispatch Time
We dispatch your order within 5 - 15 working days. This is when your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow 48 - 72 working hours before your order arrives at your door.
Delivery Policy (Shortened)
- Two-man delivery service to room of choice up to the 3rd-floor max, (if no lift access) and the product weighs less than 75kg—unboxing and removal of packaging material can be requested.
- Products exceeding 85kg will be delivered to ground floor only
- The carrier will contact you within two working days after dispatch to arrange a convenient delivery date.
- The day before your scheduled delivery, you will receive a time slot.
- Optional Assembly must be arranged before receiving at £45/half hour. Request assembly here
- Flat fee applies for delivery to Scotland and Wales at £157.
- We cannot deliver to Northern Ireland. All orders to Northern Ireland with be refunded in full.
You can return the product to us within 14 days of delivery. Simply contact us for return arrangement. Depending on the reason for return, we may offer a full refund once the product has been returned to us.
The customer is to pay for the goods to be returned and at that point, we give a full refund when we receive the product.
